I started the day with a delicious brunch at my favorite spot in town, where I met up with my friend Kate. We caught up on each other's lives over mimosas and avocado toast, discussing everything from our latest Netflix binges to our dream vacation destinations. Afterward, we decided to explore a nearby park, enjoying the sunshine and fresh air.
As we were leaving the park, I noticed a message from a number I didn't recognize. Turns out, it was from this super cute guy I met at the yoga studio last week. His name is Alex, and we hit it off instantly during our yoga practice. We exchanged numbers, but I didn't think much of it until his message popped up on my phone.
