Happy New Year, lovelies! I hope this year is off to a fantastic start for all of you. As for me, I'm feeling incredibly excited and motivated about the possibilities that lie ahead.

I started the year by reflecting on my past and making a list of New Year's resolutions. My list usually includes the usual suspects—spend more time with family, work out regularly, eat healthier, etc.—but this year, I decided to mix things up a bit. Here are my top three resolutions for 2026:

1. Embrace Change: Change can be scary, but it's also necessary for growth. This year, I'm challenging myself to embrace change head-on, whether it's trying a new hobby, exploring a new city, or stepping out of my comfort zone in other ways.

2. Practice Gratitude: Sometimes, we can get so caught up in the day-to-day hustle that we forget to be grateful for what we have. This year, I'm making a conscious effort to practice gratitude every day, whether it's through writing in a journal or simply taking a moment to appreciate the little things in life.

3. Focus on Self-Love: Lastly, but most importantly, my resolution for this year is to focus on self-love. I want to take care of myself—mind, body, and soul—and prioritize my needs and desires. This means setting boundaries, practicing self-care, and treating myself with the kindness and respect that I deserve.
